HAPPY 40TH B-DAY TO VEG

Today was Veg's 40th birthday.

A very BIG happy, happy,

HAPPY 

Birthday to her.

I wish we could be there to celebrate with her.

She came to visit just over a month ago

so we did an early party for her.

Even though it wasn't her 

actual birthday

it sure was fun to celebrate with her.

4th OF JULY CELEBRATION

celebrating 4th of July.

It was great to have Veg here 

to share in the celebration.

so M and her little friend

decorated their bikes.

It was announced that the adults 

would have a sack race too.

The kids went nuts.

They were screaming and so excited!

I had no idea that hubby could jump so high.

Just before the parade,

the fire department arrived

to say hi to all the kids.

The kids thought that was great. 

Finally ready for the parade.

We ended the day 

with having dinner at the chart house.

It is our family tradition.

We love it since you can see 

so many 

fireworks from all the different cities.

Plus, it really is a great view of the harbor. 

THE LONE SWIMMER

PIANO RECITAL

Emma had a piano recital in June.

She played very well 

and looked very beautiful!

We were proud parents.

Dad and Kim came 

but they both fell asleep

(at least it wasn't during Emma's performance)

Dad denies that he feel asleep

but I have the evidence.
