SCHOOL FIELD TRIP
I got chosen to help out on M's class field trip
where they went to a local place where they rescue seals.
They get calls from the public telling them of a sick seal on the beach.
They rehabilitate them for about 3 months and then release them back.
The kids had a great time...
I think they loved the bus ride the best -they were so loud!

ABIAGEAL LOVES TO PLAY WITH HER BALL

WENT FOR A DRIVE
We went for a drive along the coast
and stopped at a view spot and took some snaps.
The ocean looked so blue.

We got invited to our friend's son's Bar Mitzvah.

CHAIR FIGHT
I keep a chair next to me when I am on the computer
because Little Kitten likes to be next to me.
Mr. Socks decided to sleep in Little Kitten's chair
which really annoyed Little Kitten.
I had to do something cause a big fight broke out
(and I don't want two chairs next to me)
so I got a blanket and put it between the keyboard and monitor.
Mr. Socks decided he liked that spot
so that worked out.

BEACH TRAIL WALK
Went for a walk along the beach.
Weather was perfect.
I walked the whole way (4.6 miles)
I had to drive and pick M and hubby
at the pier since M got tired
(she did walk over 3 miles so she did great)
INTERESTING SEATS
Went to the Performing arts
and we had tickets behind the orchestra.
I loved this view point...
to see the conductor face on rather than behind.
The guy playing the cymbal was just to my right -
I was totally fascinated by him
and couldn't stop watching him.
Who knew playing the cymbals was that complicated.
The music was Beethoven's violin concerto and Scheherazade.
Scheherazade was a very exciting piece...loved it!

LUMPY SPACE PRINCESS SONG

which she said was her favorite gift.

STRAW ART
M got a craft called straw art for Christmas.
We decided to make some of the things.
It wasn't as fun as it looked....
the pieces didn't stay together very well
and it didn't look anything like the examples.
We were cracking up because our pieces were not that great.
Little Kitten and Mr. Socks watched us intently for a while
then decided they had to join in
and attack all the straws.

CHECKING OUT THE RAIN
I was in the office and Little Kitten and Mr. Socks
were hanging out with me
(mostly fighting...or should I say, Mr. Socks attacking Little Kitten).
It started to rain rEally hard
so I opened the shutters and window for them
so they could hear and see it.
They both loved it...
what a down pour!
NEW GAME - CREATIONARY
M had added the lego game creationary to her Christmas list
at the last minute.
Santa left her a note saying that he didn't make enough
for all the kids that asked for one
so she would get one in January when more were made.
Today we got an email from Santa
saying that we should pick one up at Toys-r-us.
Can you believe that!?!
The game is great but you really need to have extra pieces.
Luckily M has a big box so we were able to use those.
We had great fun
and Abiageal watched on.
HANGING OUT AT CHUCK E CHEESE
Took M and her friend to chuck e cheese
after their lego camp that they have been doing together.
I guess playing with lego makes you hungry
since they ate
FOUR slices of pizza each.
They had fun playing games
and won a lot of tickets to get some fun prizes.
